Forms

Creates forms in your server for your members to fill out.

Forms let members apply, report, and suggest things through structured questionnaires — staff applications, event sign-ups, partnership requests — with every submission delivered neatly to your staff.

Configuration

• Channel — where submitted form responses are sent for your staff to review.
• Forms — the forms members can fill out. Each form has:
  • Name — the name of the form (for example “Staff Application”).
  • Channel — where members go to start the form.
  • Questions — the questions to ask. Each question has a label, a response type, and a required toggle — optional questions can be skipped.

Reviewing submissions

Completed submissions land in your responses channel, where staff can accept or reject them — with a reason — right from the message.
